About the role

You'll oversee all housekeeping operations at your assigned hotel, keeping every room and public area clean, orderly and to a high standard of hygiene. You'll lead the housekeeping team, manage inventory, make sure health and safety standards are met, and build a strong working relationship with the hotel's management so our service matches their expectations.

What we're looking for

• 3–5 years in housekeeping, with at least 2 in a managerial or supervisory role
• Fluent spoken and written English; another language is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning techniques and equipment
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations
• Comfortable with MS Office and housekeeping management software

About the role

You'll run day-to-day housekeeping at your assigned client location, whether a hotel or an office. You'll supervise the team, make sure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met, and support the Housekeeping Manager in keeping the client happy, all while following company policy and health and safety standards.

What we're looking for

• 1–2 years' experience in a supervisory role
• Good spoken and written English; another language is an advantage
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and health and safety standards
• Able to handle guest and client concerns professionally

About the role

You'll keep guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house spaces clean and hygienic at your assigned client location, working efficiently and making sure every guest is happy with their stay.

What we're looking for

• A year of housekeeping experience is preferred but not essential
• Basic spoken English
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety protocols
• Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently
• A friendly, courteous attitude with guests and teammates
